There's a reason saltwater shows up across so many healing traditions — ocean baths, ritual washing, a pinch of salt dissolved in a bowl by the bed. In pranic healing, salt is understood to help draw out diseased or stagnant energy from the body, the same way it draws moisture out of food. The treatment itself is simple enough to do at home: dissolve a generous handful of natural salt in warm water, soak the feet or take a full bath for fifteen to twenty minutes, and rinse afterward with plain water.
It's not a replacement for medical treatment, and it isn't meant to be dramatic. Most people describe it as feeling lighter rather than transformed — a kind of static clearing rather than a cure. It tends to help most after emotionally heavy days: difficult conversations, crowded spaces, hospital visits, grief.
If you're newer to energy work, this is one of the gentlest places to start, precisely because it asks so little. No tools beyond salt and water, no special timing required, just consistency.
