About this workshop

Pranic Psychotherapy

Pranic Psychotherapy is a specialised application of the GMCKS system focused entirely on the emotional and mental energy body. Where conventional psychotherapy works through conversation and insight, this course gives you direct tools to address the energetic patterns underlying depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, grief, addictions and relationship difficulties — working alongside psychological care, never instead of it.

What you'll learn

Course curriculum

01

The Psychological Functions of the Chakras

The energetic anatomy of emotion

Understanding which chakras govern which emotional and psychological functions — how the solar plexus chakra relates to emotional reactivity, the ajna to habitual thought patterns, the heart to grief and relationship.

02

Reading the Emotional Body

Scanning for psychological patterns

Advanced scanning techniques specifically for the emotional and mental energy bodies — detecting the energetic signatures of specific emotional states and identifying the source of recurring patterns.

03

Treating Depression & Anxiety

Specific protocols

Step-by-step pranic healing protocols for depression and anxiety — the most commonly requested applications. Understanding the chakra configurations associated with each and the precise sequence for treatment.

04

Phobias, Trauma & Addictions

Deeper patterns

Protocols for phobias, compulsive patterns, addictive tendencies and traumatic imprinting — how these appear in the energy body and the specific sequences for addressing them.

05

Relationship Difficulties

Cords, entities and emotional pollution

Understanding energetic cords between people, psychic contamination in close relationships, and techniques for cleaning and protecting the emotional body in relational contexts.

06

Self-Healing for Practitioners

Protecting yourself as you work

Techniques for practitioners to maintain their own emotional and mental energy body hygiene when regularly working with others' psychological material — including shielding and extraction protocols.
